Konami today officially announced the new Data Pack (4.00) for PES 2013. It will be released on Thursday March 7th and will include winter transfers as well as new boots. This means we will finally be able to play with all the new winter transfers in Online mode.
PESEDIT will release an update for PESEdit.com 2013 Patch with the new DLC shortly after its released.
